Husband and Dad:
- Dan Lewis and his wife Tracy are longtime West Side Albuquerque residents and are raising two children, Madison, 13, and Jensen, 11
Teacher:
- Dan and Tracy are both certified teachers:
- Dan at the secondary level, having taught Language Arts at Cibola High School where he also coached baseball; and
- Tracy at the elementary level, now teaching third grade at Seven Bar Elementary School.
Small Business Owner:
- Dan is also an Albuquerque small business owner and local employer, having founded:
- Rio Grande Foam Inc., a leading distributor of polyurethane foam and upholstery products, and
- Rio Grande Rustics Inc., a large online rustic furniture company.

Educational Background:
- Dan received his Masters Degree with a communications concentration from Southwestern Theological Seminary, and his
- Bachelor of Arts from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
Serving Our Community:
- Dan and Tracy also founded the West Side’s Soul Rio Church, where for many years they have helped counsel troubled marriages, encouraged and supported parents, and promoted strong families. The church began ten years ago as a small group that met in Dan and Tracy’s West Side home, and has grown into a congregation of hundreds of adults and children where Dan serves as Pastor.
- In addition to his family, community, and business responsibilities, Dan volunteers frequently at his children’s schools, and regularly serves homeless citizens at “Noonday” in downtown Albuquerque.
- Dan serves on the Board of Directors of the Paradise Hills Little League.
- Dan is also a member of the National Kidney Foundation, and is a living kidney donor.
